At Style Looop customer satisfaction comes first. We want every shopping experience to be easy and worry free. If something is not right with your order we are here to help. This policy explains how you can request a return or exchange for your purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange

  • The product must be unused unworn and in its original condition

  • All original tags labels and packaging must be intact

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order

Please note that certain items like bridal wear customized designs or final sale pieces may not be eligible for return because of their special or made to order nature.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons the following items cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Intimate wear or lingerie

  • Sale and clearance items marked as ''Sale''

  • Customized or tailored pieces made specifically for you

Return Process

If you wish to return or exchange an item

  1. Contact our support team at support@stylelooop.com or call +92 333 456 9225 within 7 days of receiving your order

  2. Provide your order number item details and reason for return

  3. Once your request is approved you will receive return instructions

  4. Send the item back using a reliable courier service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received was faulty or incorrect

Store Credit and Coupons

Style Looop does not offer cash or bank refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting your returned item you will receive store credit or a coupon equal to the product value
  • Store credits or coupons can be used anytime in the future for new orders on our website
  • They never expire and keep the same value as your returned item

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for another size color or style we will be happy to assist you subject to availability
  • If the requested design is not available we will issue a store credit or coupon equal to the item’s value
  • Cash refunds are not provided under any circumstances

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged defective or incorrect product please contact us right away with supporting pictures
  • Style Looop will cover the return shipping in such cases and you may choose between an exchange or store credit equal to the product value
